Trust Center
Trust, with receipts
A Trust Center is only worth visiting if it tells the truth. Ours links every trust topic in one place — and says plainly where proof exists and where it does not yet.
Security
Tenant isolation, encryption at rest for sensitive notes, hashed tokens, MFA and revocable sessions — every control enforced by the test battery.
How we protect dataPrivacy
What we collect, why, how long it stays and how venues export or erase it — the same discipline the product enforces in code.

What is verified and what is not — no certification is claimed before it is earned, and the gaps are written down.
What is verifiedTerms, cookies, refunds
The plain-language legal surface: terms of service with acceptable use, a cookie policy with no tracking, and refund terms for a pilot that charges nothing.

Service status
DineGlobe publishes its status here rather than on an uptime dashboard: the service runs on a single server and no availability figures are measured, so none are claimed. The platform monitors its own health continuously — worker heartbeats, job backlogs, backup age — and every deploy is health-gated with automatic rollback. When an incident affects operators, we communicate it by email and record what happened. An honest “all checks passing, degraded on backup age” is worth more than a green badge nobody audits.
Single-market pilot evidence only: one approved country and its listed capabilities do not constitute global support; unlisted countries and capabilities stay disabled.
