Free during the pilot

DineGlobe is a young product earning its place with real restaurants. While the pilot runs, every feature is free — no card, no invoice, no charge — and the terms below say exactly what happens when that changes.

The pilot plan

Free — everything included

One plan, the whole product, for every venue in the pilot. Support is by the people who built the system, over email.

  • Direct guest booking with DG confirmation codes
  • Floor-plan table allocation that cannot double-book
  • Request-approval and instant bookings, per offering
  • Waitlist with honest quotes and held tables
  • Arrivals, seating and visit tracking with QR check-in passes
  • Guest self-service links (status, calendar file, cancellation)
  • Roles: owner, manager, host, door, finance, read-only
  • Reports, service sheets and CSV exports
  • Encrypted, purpose-limited guest notes and privacy workflows
  • Documentation for every feature, field and role

Paid capabilities, when they arrive

Deposits and SMS reminders activate per country behind evidence gates: a signed readiness review, an approved non-sandbox provider, and a recorded decision. A country without all three stays free-booking-only — the machinery exists, the authority to charge does not, and we do not publish prices we cannot yet charge. When a paid plan goes live, its price and its refund terms appear on this page before the first charge is ever possible.

Venue-level deposits and cancellation policies are a product feature you control today — how they quote and settle is documented in booking policies and Refunds & cancellation.

Pricing questions

Is DineGlobe free?
Yes — during the pilot, everything is free. There is no card, no invoice and no charge, and deposits are switched off behind capability gates, so nothing can accidentally cost a venue or a guest money.
What happens when paid plans arrive?
Prices appear on this page before the first charge is ever possible. Paid bookings and SMS activate per country, behind signed readiness reviews with recorded evidence — a country without an approved provider simply stays free-booking-only.
Do guests pay anything?
No. During the pilot no guest is charged and no payment provider is connected. Venues that configured deposit policies online see an honest "book by phone" message instead of a fake checkout.
Can I cancel?
Yes. A venue can stop at any time — during the pilot there is nothing billing to cancel. When paid plans exist, cancelling stops renewal while existing reservations, guest cancellations, refunds and exports keep working.

Single-market pilot evidence only: one approved country and its listed capabilities do not constitute global support; unlisted countries and capabilities stay disabled.
