Roadmap

Direction, not commitments

This is where the product is heading, in the order we intend to take it. It is direction, not commitments: dates are not promised, and nothing here is finished until it appears in What's New.

Now

  • Free bookings live for pilot venues, end to end
  • Complete documentation for every feature and role
  • Per-role live demo on a seeded venue
  • Operators onboarding onto the platform

Next

  • Connect an email provider so confirmations and reminders deliver (today they dead-letter visibly instead of pretending)
  • Activate the first paid capability — deposits in one country — behind its signed readiness review
  • SMS booking confirmations and reminders where country gates pass
  • Venue setup screens for content, floor plans and schedules, replacing the operator-assisted path
  • Off-server encrypted backup storage mounted and monitored

Later

  • Guest self-service rescheduling (today: contact the venue, which finds any booking by code)
  • Camera capture for QR check-in (today: the pass is typed or pasted — the honest implemented path)
  • Additional languages beyond English, Japanese and Arabic
  • Third-party audit of the security posture
  • Point-of-sale and channel integrations, once a partner is real

Single-market pilot evidence only: one approved country and its listed capabilities do not constitute global support; unlisted countries and capabilities stay disabled.
