About
Reservations that belong to the restaurant
DineGlobe is direct reservations infrastructure. A guest books on the venue's own page, the booking lands on the venue's own floor plan as a physical table, and the confirmation code, the waitlist and the guest relationship belong to the venue — not to a marketplace standing in between.
Why we built it
Marketplaces rent restaurants their own guests. We start from the opposite premise: the floor plan is the source of truth. Tables are physical resources, so a double-booked table should be impossible rather than unlikely; money should be exact — integer minor units in the venue's currency, never converted, never rounded; and the venue's timezone and policies should govern the booking, not a platform's defaults.
Where we operate — honestly
DineGlobe is running a single-market pilot with free bookings: restaurants are being onboarded in the first approved market, and paid bookings and SMS stay disabled everywhere until each country and provider gate passes a signed readiness review. We would rather state a narrow, true scope than imply a global one we have not earned.
Single-market pilot evidence only: one approved country and its listed capabilities do not constitute global support; unlisted countries and capabilities stay disabled.
