Features
What you get today
Everything below runs now, on the pilot venues taking real bookings. It is the tested V1 surface stated as behaviour — not a roadmap.
Direct guest booking
Guests book on the venue's own page and receive a DG confirmation code — no marketplace standing between restaurant and guest.
Floor-plan allocation
Tables are physical resources on the venue's floor plan. Database exclusion constraints make a double-booked table impossible — holds, buffers and combined tables included.
Same-day waitlist
Full house? The waitlist quotes an honest estimated turn and converts accepted offers into real held slots on the floor plan.
QR check-in
Staff issue a rotating QR pass; one scan records the arrival. Offline, the scanner refuses — it never fakes a success.
Guest self-service
One secure link lets a guest review or cancel a booking and add it to their calendar — times shown in the venue's own timezone, DST included.
Staff console with roles
Owner, org admin, manager, host and door staff each get their own surface — from the today board with live floor status to walk-in intake.
Reporting and exports
Operational metrics and the day's service sheet, exportable. Metrics that cannot be computed honestly are named as unavailable, never filled with zeroes.
Installable web app
The console installs to a home screen with an explicit offline screen: nothing is queued in the background, nothing is faked.
Three launch languages
English, Japanese and Arabic with right-to-left layout — reviewed strings only, with accessibility discipline across all three.
Exact money and private notes
Amounts are exact integer minor units in the venue's currency — never converted, never rounded. Guest notes are encrypted and purpose-limited, with export and erasure workflows.
