Support

Support during the pilot

Plainly: pilot-stage support is best-effort by the people who built the system. There is no service-level agreement, no 24/7 desk and no phone line — and we will not pretend otherwise.

How to reach us

Email is the support channel — answered as fast as a small team honestly can.

What you can rely on instead of a promise

  • The system refuses rather than guesses: an offline scanner never fakes a check-in, and unavailable numbers are named as unavailable.
  • Side effects are durable — a confirmation is recorded or honestly absent, never silently dropped.
  • Backups exist and are restore-drilled on a schedule; the restore is the proof.

Frequently asked questions

Is DineGlobe free?

Yes, during the pilot — bookings, messaging and every running capability cost nothing, and no payment provider is connected. When that changes, prices are published on the Pricing page before the first charge.

Do guests need an account?

No. A guest books on the venue's own page and manages the booking through a one-time link — status, calendar file, cancellation. Accounts exist for venue staff.

What happens when the network is down?

The app says so plainly on an explicit offline screen. The QR scanner refuses a scan it cannot commit rather than pretending it worked; nothing is faked and nothing is lost.

Can we get our data out?

Any time. Operators can export their venue's data from the console, and guests can request a copy of theirs through the venue. Leaving is a supported operation, not a hostage situation.

Operators

The console is reached through the sign-in link in the site footer; the live demo walks each role in action.
