Terms of Service

Effective 2 October 2026

Plain terms for a plain product: what DineGlobe is, what you are responsible for, and what we honestly do and do not promise.

The service

DineGlobe is a direct-reservation platform: venues publish their own booking pages on their own domain presence within dineglobe.com, take bookings under their own policies, and keep their guest relationships. The service is provided by [Legal entity name — to be completed] and is currently in a free pilot — the pricing terms are on the Pricing page.

Accounts and authority

Access is by invitation from a venue owner or an operator. Keep credentials and two-factor devices safe; sessions can be revoked from the console. Roles decide what each person may see and do, and role grants are audited. You are responsible for actions taken under your account.

Venues and bookings

Venues are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, their schedules, their booking and cancellation terms, and for honouring the bookings their pages accept. DineGlobe is the software those bookings run on — the reservation contract is between the guest and the venue. Guests cancel through the link in their confirmation or with the venue directly.

Acceptable Use

Do not attempt to access data belonging to another venue or account, probe or disrupt the service or its infrastructure, upload unlawful content, or use the platform to send spam or harass guests or staff. Do not scrape guest data belonging to venues you do not operate. Violations lead to access being withdrawn.

Money

Nothing is charged during the pilot. When paid capabilities activate — per country, behind a documented readiness review — the charges, deposits and refund rules then published on this site apply, and no charge is ever made before its price is published.

Availability

The service runs on a single dedicated server and no availability figure or service level is promised. Deployments are health-gated with automatic rollback, and incidents are reported to operators by email. Maintenance may briefly interrupt the service; the offline screen in the app says so plainly rather than failing silently.

Content and intellectual property

Venues keep all rights to the content and branding they upload. Guests keep rights to the details they enter. DineGlobe owns the platform and its software, and grants venues the right to use it for their reservations while this agreement stands.

Liability, termination and changes

The service is offered as-is during the pilot, and liability is limited to the maximum extent applicable law permits [governing law — to be completed]. Either side may end the arrangement; venues can export their data at any time, and deletion requests are honoured through the privacy workflows. If these terms change materially, the effective date above moves and operators are notified by email.
